JALPAK International America, Inc. (formerly known as Pacifico Creative Service, Inc.) was established in 1970 as a part of the overseas network of JALPAK Co. Ltd. in Hawaii.
At that time, we started our business exclusively as an inbound receptive land operator for Japanese tourists who were beginning to travel overseas without restriction.
As we developed our business, we began outbound operations serving the travel needs of U.S. and Canada residents by providing air tickets, hotel reservations, and domestic and overseas tour packages.
On April 2001, we changed our corporate name from Pacifico Creative Service, Inc. (dba PCS / PCS Travel) to JALPAK International America, Inc. (dba JPI America / JPI Travel). In order to meet and fulfill your travel needs, we established a full service outbound company, JALPAK International U.S.A., Inc. and started its business operation from April 1, 2006 to specialize mainly in North America originated travel arrangements and JALPAK International Gift business. At the same time, JALPAK International America, Inc. will continue its operation now in specializing in Japan originated Inbound travel arrangements.

JPI America is one of the largest land operators in North America and can handle all of our customers' needs. Using the skill and experience gained over the years with JALPAK, we serve all of the traveling needs of our customers using "I'LL" or "AVA" and other package tours, including business trips or convention package tours to the U.S. mainland, Canada and Mexico.
