Children (2-11yrs old)
This position is responsible for managing and directing activities of employees who are engaged in outbound tour sales. This position is also responsible for coordinating and assisting daily activities of Regional Office Manager as well as supervising of outbound department to meet corporate business objectives.
Duties include overseeing employee activities on a day-to-day basis including the monitoring and reviewing work activities of employees, the setting performance expectations and appraising and correcting employee performance as needed and also motivating employees by giving effective feedback and delegating duties for their development.
Prefer a candidate with actual job experiences in travel industry or related industry at the supervisory or management level positions. The candidate should be analysis-oriented, good communicator, and fluent in Japanese and English.
