As soon as we receive your request, we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm the reservation and reply you soon. After the reservation is correctly processed, a JALPAK hotel voucher will be issued and you must take this voucher to the hotel concerned.
  
 
*Confirmation of the booking is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  
 
 
   
 
Payment of the final balance is due not later than seven (7) days after the JALPAK hotel voucher has been issued. Cash, checks, money orders, credit cards and gift certificates are acceptable. If paying by check, please make it payable to gJALPAK Internationalh.
 
 
*Please do not call or pay the hotel direct, as they will not have the same rates as listed.
  
 
 
   
 
If you wish to refund, change or cancel your booking after the JALPAK hotel voucher has been issued,
a nominal modification / cancellation fee (10% of the total amount) will apply.
These fees may vary according to the country of the hotel specified in your booking.
  
 
 
   
 
Your room may differ from those of your partyfs since the hotel confirms your reservation not specifying a room category. (Run-of-House rates)
The size of the rooms in some hotels may not warrant triple accommodations. Wherever practical, this will be provided upon request. However, we recommend using one twin-share room and one single room rather than sharing a triple accommodation in that case.

All accommodation is subject to availability. Please also note that prices shown may not apply during peak periods, convention and holiday dates.
 
 
 
   
 
This rate excludes expenses, which are of personal nature.
