I. Protection of Personal Information

Since our founding we have consistently endeavored to realize our corporate ideals, as specified below. We will continue to do our utmost to achieve these ideals through sound corporate activities:

Based on these ideals, we recognize the importance of properly obtaining and handling our customers’ personal information and abiding by the basic rules set forth under the Personal Information Protection Law.
The important rules we recognize are explained below. JALPAK and all its group companies will comply with these rules.
We will also make every effort to improve the services we provide to our customers, ensure greater satisfaction and convenience, fulfill our social responsibility as a global company, and achieve fairness and transparency in every aspect of corporate activity.

	1.	We set forth "standards" for properly handling our customers' personal information and ensuring that all our directors and employees, including those of group companies, will act in accordance with the standards.

To securely manage the customer's personal information that we handle, we establish optimal measures to facilitate secure management of information from the organizational, human, physical and technical aspects (as specified in the Personal Information Protection Law), in order to prevent the illegal acquisition, access to personal information, or the unauthorized disclosure, loss of or damage to personal information.

	4.	We inspect our systems for managing and protecting personal information on a periodic basis and work toward their continuous improvement, in order to ensure that the personal information we have remains accurate and secure.

II. How Your Personal Information (Customer's Personal Information) Is Handled

1. Purpose of Using Your Personal Information

JALPAK International U.S.A. Inc. and JALPAK International America. Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "JALPAK") uses the personal information you provide in the application form submitted to the travel agent (hereinafter referred to as the "Agent") at the time of ordering your travel package, or when the information is written on the "Air Ticket/Boarding Pass Exchange Voucher" submitted to JALPAK at the time of departure. That information can include your name, address, date of birth, sex, telephone number, fax number, passport number, e-mail address, etc., as well as other personal information obtained from you through proper procedures. 2. Sharing of Information

JALPAK shares with other group companies a minimal portion of your personal data in our possession, such as your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, which may be required to contact you. Our group companies may use the information obtained from us for the purpose of sending you their respective sales promotion information or invitations to events, etc., and/or shipping the products you have purchased.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

	(1)	JALPAK and companies that make travel arrangements on behalf of JALPAK (including our overseas subsidiaries) disclose your personal information to transport services, accommodation facilities and other providers and companies that offer or arrange travel services, doing so to the extent necessary to arrange the travel package you have ordered.

	(2)	JALPAK may disclose your personal data in its possession to duty-free shops, souvenir shops and other similar establishments for your convenience when shopping at or otherwise using these establishments at your travel destinations. In this case your personal data, including your name, passport number and flight number, is sent electronically or via fax prior to your departure. If you wish your personal data not to be disclosed to these businesses, forward your request to the Agent before departure. If your data has already been sent to duty-free shops, souvenir shops, etc., by the time your request is received, we will do our utmost to delete the information on the receiver's side as soon as possible.

	(3)	JALPAK and companies that make gift order arrangements on be half of JALPAK disclose your personal information to transpotation and other companies for the deliver you have ordered. JALPAK will supervise those companies has an obligation to control same as JALPAK.

4. Disclosure, Correction, Deletion or Stopping of Disclosure of Your Personal Data in Our Possession, and Other

If you want us to disclose your personal information in our possession, correct any part of the information, add or delete information, stop using the information, delete the information or stop disclosing the information to third parties, please contact the numbers below. We will inform you of the appropriate procedure you must take. Before we can accommodate your request, we will verify your identity and promptly take other actions required by law.
